thanks for advice, but i have tried to bought in some online stores, but they didn't have e-book, hard file only

i think i can buy from the person that upload the book before. i mean at archive.org

That specific book was never released as an ebook - only paper. The only reason it's on here in digital form is because the paper book was manually scanned in, page by page, as part of the book archiving project, and afterwards the paper book got put into a storage container where it isn't easy to retrieve again.

If you really need the book, your best bet is to get the "Print Disability" option enabled on your Archive.org account, then you'll (hopefully) be able to download it.

To do that, go here: https://archive.org/details/printdisabled , click the "ABOUT" tab, then click the second link under step 1.

Then on the form, you can choose the option that says:
"Eligible for academic reading accommodations"
