Some shows are available in single-page format, like these:

Jack Benny Program

https://archive.org/details/FibberMcgeeAndMollyApril51949
Fibber McGee and Molly

https://archive.org/details/LuxRadioJaneEyre
Lux Theatre's Jane Eyre

But if you want to just play specific shows out of a multi-episode page, try this. Go to the menu that looks like this one for The Jack Paar Show:

https://archive.org/details/Jack_Paar_Show

DOWNLOAD OPTIONS
download 1 file ITEM TILE
download 13 files MP3
download 1 file TORRENT

Click on MP3 files. It will open to show the full run of episodes available. Click on a show, such as this episode:

https://ia800708.us.archive.org/5/items/Jack_Paar_Show/1947-08-03_0010_-_Jack_Paar_Show_the_-_Buying_a_House.mp3

which opens it up in a solo player.

Hi,

I have been enjoying OTR for several years. Up until recently, the Safari player I'd use would stop after every episode, regardless if there was a single or collection of episodes. It was very convenient, since I'm not always ready to listen too the next episode. However, about 9 months ago all of that changed. Now, as soon as one episode is over, the following episode starts right up.
Do you know of any way to revert back to having the player stop after each episode? I'm aware of playing single episodes, but that gets inconvenient after a while. Plus, it did work before.
Thanks you in advance for any help!!
John

Sounds more like a question for Safari.
Do you have an mp3 player, or room on your device to collect files for later play, on that device or a portable player? I would just download episodes and play them however or whenever I want to, sort of like a LibriVox audiobook.
