Along with WIN-4, Wollongong viewers could also watch a public TV station that was basically a relay station of ABN-2 in Sydney, which broadcast many British shows. I have read that many viewers in the area could also pick up Sydney commercial stations like ATN-7 and TCN-9.
No doubt I made various errors while copying this information.

I wish that more of the Perry Mason episodes had been based on the novels.

The 1960's Perry Mason series is like a comic book on film. The books are well written and the screenwriters do a good job of edited down the plot into one hour. The new version suffers from this centuries reliance on visual and writing techniques that do not advance the thoughts, just the nerves.
