Forum:	television	Subject:	Search API for television?

Hello, I'm working on some research involving television CC text and would like to make use of an API to get search results for the television section. However, the standard search API (https://archive.org/services/swagger/?url=%2Fservices%2Fsearch%2Fv1%2Fswagger.yaml#/) doesn't seem to return any results related to television, only those under the regular search metadata.

For example, a search for the word 'si' in programming by the TV station WTSP normally looks like this: https://archive.org/details/tv?q=si&∧[]=creator%3A%22wtsp%22

But under the API, this results in no hits: https://archive.org/services/search/v1/scrape?debug=false&xvar=production&total_only=false&count=1000&fields=identifier&q=(si) AND creator:(WTSP)

I haven't found any separate documentation for TV API, so was wondering if there was any way to get this data on TV. Any help or pointers would be appreciated! (and since I'm new to the forums, let me know if this is the appropriate place to make this post)

the tv new archive has its own search engine so you need to search in th collection. try starting at https://archive.org/details/tv
