Do all videos first go through the "This Just In" section?

I have been searching here for a 1916-1918 silent film. The films title and year were changed several times and may not be accurate in any upload. Images from the film are in books so I will recognize the film if it is uploaded.

My method is go through the "This Just In" section of videos. Is it possible that films do not show there but go directly into collections such as "Ephemeral Films" and I will therefore miss it?

OK. As a researcher in the physical archive world I know that the dusty old box in the corner often holds the most important item in the museum.
Is there a dusty box in the corner for uploaded films?

Otherwise thanks.

By the way. Today a man came to my office and gave me the original 1930's illustratied map printing plate he had found in an unidentified "friends" possession. And just last week I had found the original color proof of the print under a stack of smeared prints that were used for scrap paper in a storage area being cleaned. No one had ever seen the map in color.
So in less than a week two things we did not know existed were matched back together. Huzzah!
