I checked, and neither the Paley Center for Media nor Museum of Broadcast Communications seem to have it either.

A lot of these CBS documentaries were shown where I live (Australia), but the National Film and Sound Archive (which holds some American material) doesn't have it either.

Not sure how many other archives there are that might hold it...
