Prior to the 2016 'upgrade', the Internet Archive would generate pages that allowed you to view the collection by name or type, A new user could see a list of the performers or the shows names and the number of the shows available. Clicking on the link would take the user to a separate auto-generated listing of the shows.

Does anyone here remember those listings? They would appear similar to the below example. It was very useful.

Boston Blackie (17) Ellery Queen (1)
Box 13 (21) Falcon (5)

Not familiar with that concept, but I have noticed that the Wayback Machine has pages from the indispensable RadioGoldIndex OTR catalog by Dave Goldin. It's not complete but it's safer than the non-https original site. Catalog gives data on how many shows are currently in circulation (many not on IA), who starred in each episode, everyone who appeared on the radio in the golden era, and even lets you see what was playing on the day of your birth.
