So, poor old Lowry, as you've just seen, was spiked by a vaga plant. Probably my drama school friend in his green suit, and died a terrible death. And poor old Mark Corrie was killed too, but this, as you see, he was zapped by a Dalek. And when I was watching it with my son, who was then three, he was sleeping on my knee, and we were watching television. And when I disappeared from the screen and he'd been zapped, he turned around anxiously to see that I was still alive. Well, I still am, and he's now 38. I suppose he was about three at the time. And so, yes, it's all quite a long time ago. Anyway, as you saw, I threw a tape onto the jungle floor, and the Daleks were unaware of this tape. But the tape contained all the information that I could find about this planet. And Doctor Who discovers it in the first episode of the Daleks' master plan. The nightmare begins five weeks later. However, viewers were more than a little confused that the following story, The Myth Makers, which was set in the Trojan Wars, had absolutely no connection with our episode.
