We're a quarter of the way through the 2017 NFL season, and one thing is certain: the NFL is scared! A few weeks ago, Colin Kaepernick's anthem protest was virtually dead. Then President Trump threw gas on the fire. Was it stupid? Sure. Unproductive? Absolutely. But make no mistake about it. It was a big win for the President, and a loss for the league. As it turns out, not crapping all over America, is a pretty popular position with Americans. With their popularity sagging and their TV ratings...

It's episode 20 of For Pete's Sake! We're now five weeks into the NFL season and the league, and the sport, continue to see their favorability, popularity, and television ratings taking a nosedive, thanks to the increasingly unpopular national anthem protests. Commissioner Goodell and the league owners want nothing more than this story to just go away, but a few voices in the media, like Mike Wilbon, won't allow that to happen. Pete Solari takes Wilbon to task for calling Jerry Jones, and...

This week, in addition to reviewing the new comedy 'Neighbors,' Kevin and Sebastian cover the new pick-ups and put-downs for the 2014-2015 network television season, including the explosion of comic book TV shows, the rampant cancellations and the continued careers of Katherine Heigl and Matthew Perry. Also, Kevin and Sebastian think that Joey McIntyre is actually Joey Lawrence. Whoops. Theme Music is "Nightfall" by UnderwaterBeats.

Six horn blasts on Thursday, 15th August 2019, from about 0745 to 0145 on Friday, 16th August 2019. The horn blast at about 1500 ended the activity by others as a male said that it “blew up” their night for a removal of me from my home. A horn blast at about 2345 woke me for more sleep deprivation torture.   The first horn blast occurred when I was in the living room and was a bit lower in volume from the rear of the kitchen area.  I have included the continuous VN3PR recording with it...

Few inventions have had as much effect on contemporary American society as television. Think I Love Lucy, All in the Family, a nation gathered in communal grief after the Kennedy assassination and later in horror over 9/11.
