tragedy for the cooper health community as the company ceo an wife die in a house fire. >> and dramatic eyewitness video captured a moment a monster truck losses control and slams into a crowd. >> and the big story on "action news" is a fire that left dozens without a place to live. investigators say this one may not have been an accident. it happened early this morning in east mt. airy. annie mccormick is live at the scene with the latest. any. >> reporter: sarah, two people were taken to the hospital and dozens he vaxiateed from their homes. police are calling this fire suspicious and neighbors say strange things have been happen around this apartment complex for weeks. just after 2 a.m. firefighters rescued dozens of residents from the chestnut terrace apartments in mt. airy. heavy smoke trapped people indoors and in balconies. >> i woke up and flames were coming through the bottom of the door and had to rescue my

children and grab shoes. >> crews helped tiffany smith area her children to safety. alicia mcdowell's son ran for his life. >> hi to run after him it was horrible trying to find my kid. >> the sis suspicious fires started on third and fourth floors and there was a strong smevl gasoline. crews represent transported a 56-year-old man and 61-year-old woman to local hospitals. neighbors believe this is arson and a specific resident was the target n recent weeks there have been suspicious activity at the complex including multiple falsifier alarms. >> the fire alarm went off again 4:30 we smelled smoke and ran out and someone's car had been fire bombd very chaotic. we don't know what's going on here. we want it solved. >> and back out here live you can see the restoration crew have been out all day.

four help were wounded 6 a.m. 2800 block hope street. they were taken to temple university hospital for treatment. police have made no arrests in this case. >> a man was killed by a septa train this morning as he walked along the tracks. the train was heading the direction of the airport with 70 passengers on board. the victim was rushed to einstein hospital where he was pronounced dead. no word who he is or why he was walking on the tracks. >> a truck burst into flames on i-95 this afternoon blocking traffic in northeast philadelphia. a voir captured images of the tractor-trailer on fire near woodhaven avenue. nobody was hurt. all northbound lanes were blocked until the burned truck could be towed away. the cause of the fire remains under investigation. it was another perfect fall day. that's because of select summer. they showed up for taste testing

>> police believe suspected cop-killer eric frein may have bobby trapped the woods he is hiding in. day 16, authorities say they shifted their search slightly south east today and are not saying why. they think he is contained in a 5 mile square perimeter around his parents' home. he is accused of killing a state trooper outside par action earlier this month. >> 15 people were wounded outside a miami night club. police say the gunfire started inside a club called the spot around 1 p.m.. investigators have no motive and
