>> smyrna right now at the police station with the latest. matt? >> reporter: natasha as you mentioned that amber alert was canceled just minutes ago after the two children who were missing were found safely with their father. that said the children potions mother whom police say the children disappeared with remains missing at this time. 35-year-old keisha hamilton. we have some video to show you right now of the last place where keisha hamilton was seen. this is her home as you mentioned on the 100 block of east cahill street in smyrna. police say this is where she was last seen friday evening. earlier today, police had issued an amber alert saying keisha's four-year-old daughter and four month old son were missing along with their mother. but during a traffic stop not long ago police say they found the two children safe with their father cortez hamilton, sr. they do not know where keisha hamilton is right now as we mentioned, she's a 35-year-old african-american woman who is about 5-foot 6-inches tall and around 145 pounds. police are not saying at this point if cortez hamilton, sr. her husband and her children's father is somehow involved in her disappearance. and back here live in smyrna, delaware, police here the state police in delaware have issued what's called a gold alert that is issued when police say the victim in this case keisha

hamilton could be facing eminent danger. if you know anything about the whereabouts of keisha hamilton, you're asked to call police immediately. we're live in smyrna, delaware, tonight matt rivers "eyewitness news" at 10 on the cw philly. >> matt, thank you so much for that update. >> reporter: also developing now in montgomery county five-year-old child fell about 30 feet from a ski lift at spring mountain adventures in schwenksville tonight. this is video from spring mountain's web cam. police say the child was flown to children's hospital of philadelphia. there is no word right now on his condition. but this incident remains under investigation. all right g evening everyone everyone. we're still tracking that arctic air situated right on top of us as we speak and the winds are starting cog calm and look at the current temperatures right now. getting close to some single digits across the delaware valley. reading currently 10 degrees this hour. 12 in allentown. 18 in philadelphia. these are the actual temperatures. so this isn't factoring in the wind. here we government seven this hour in quakertown. 12 in pottstown. clear skies calmer winds and fresh snow on the ground really a allowing those temperatures to drop. this is what it feels like generally lower teens in many spots you can see winds pretty going calm that's what the actual air temperature is this hour. storm scan3 clear skies new york clouds over the region just yet with calmer winds we'll be talking about single digits by the time you wake up early sunday. but the good news, this cold air will be slowly moving off to the north and east. there you go. morning temperatures tomorrow single digits allentown reading, near 10 in wilmington.

official in pennsylvania could be facing charges. but in a news conference today attorney general kathleen lyncean lawyers said no matter what happens she will not resign her position. this after a midweek philadelphia inquirer report claiming a grand jury recommended criminal charges against her. >> this all goes back to a grand jury convened in 2009. special prosecutor was investigating attorney general kathleen kane improperly leaked information about that case. leaking grand jury information is illegal in pennsylvania. at a saturday press conference her attorney denied any wrongdoing. >> so i accident public and all of you in the in the media with hold your judgment. don't jump top conclusions on guilt. >> attorney general testified to a state grand jury convened in montgomery county. the inquirer reported that grand jury recommended charging kane with perjury and contempt of court. if that report is true, the decision to charge kane now falls within montgomery county district attorney risa vetri ferman. her lawyer expressed confidence no charges will be filed but if they are -- >> she was truthful at all times when she testified before the grand jury. and she will be found innocent. >> special prosecutor in this case was appointed by state government officials. with whom kane clashed politically before. her lawyer argues that's what this probe is really all about. >> this railroad train seems to be driven by some men with grudges, men who are bitter and angry. >> in a statement released friday kane herself was aggressive in her response saying "i will continue to clean

up harrisburg despite these attacks that seem to be more about politics than the merits". >> experts have told "eyewitness news" that it could be creeks weeks before the montgomery county da decides whether to bring any charges. also tonight detectives are investigate a deadly shooting outside of a chinese restaurant. it happened at 56th and greenway in philadelphia's kingsessing neighborhood. police say the victim in his early 20s was shot in the chest about 12:45 this morning. he was pronounced dead at that scene. police are not yet releasing any victim's name so far there are no arrests in this case. and right now the search is on for a gunman who stole a television from the wal*mart store in south philly. police say the suspect walked out of the store with the tv in a shopping cart. after refuseing to show a receipt to the store security guard police say the 38-year-old suspect pulled up his shirt to show that there was a handgun concealed in his waistband. luckily no one was injured. and police are now searching for a mother of two missing in mt. laurel burlington county. 26-year-old erika crippen cross brie lives on aberdeen drive. family members last heard from her on december 30th. they say erika went to pj whelihan's in cherry hill, new jersey with her husband kyle crosby. her car is missing. 2000 red forward for taurus plate a26efl. anyone with information is asked to contact police right away. and five members of a virginia family are dead after their car collided with a tractor trailer in maryland. the victims include three adults works children and an unborn child. the truck driver who is identified as 28-year-old man of wilmington delaware i was also

injured. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. chester township firehouse in delaware county is closed after it was hit by a car. take a look at the damage. it is significant. "eyewitness news" on concord road. police say the car crashed into the firehouse near one of the garage doors about 4:30 this morning, and took off. police followed followed a trailly antifreeze leaving the scene and located the car. the driver was arrested. so far no charges have been filed. a very, very special night for the alex's lemonade stand foundation for childhood cancer. the ninth lemon ball was held at the philadelphia marriott downtown in center city. liz and jay scott had big announcement they announced the foundation has raised 100 millionth dollar. the lemonade ball celebrates the live and legacy of alex scott as supporters work toward her mission of secure curing childhood cancer. he is trouble with the law again. coming up why george zimmerman was arrested this time. also bill cosby heckled during another stand yup performance and this outburst was all captured on tape. monkey business this video shows that monkeys are even more like humans than many experts even thought. we'll explain. justin. it is a cold night tonight but temperatures will not be as cold over the neck is that days. i'll show you coming up in the "eyewitness weather" forecast. and two flyers have been named to the all star team. lesley van arsdall has the details coming up in sports. st ♪ ♪ ♪ turn around ♪ ♪ every now and then i get a little bit hungry ♪ ♪ and there's nothing really good around ♪ ♪ turn around ♪ ♪ every now

and then i get a little bit tired ♪ ♪ of living off the taste of the air ♪ ♪ turn around, barry ♪ ♪ finally, i have a manly chocolatey snack ♪ ♪ and fiber so my wife won't give me any more flack ♪ ♪ i finally found the right snack ♪ ♪ ♪ >> welcome back everyone. comedian bill cosby is heckled again during a performance in ontario, canada. >> cnn reporter was inside the theater last night and shot this video. a group stood up and chanted chanted "we believe the women". he continued on with his routine and released a statement thanking fans for their support. at least 18 women accused of cosby of past sexual assaults. no charges have been filed against him. and dozens gathered gathered independence mall to rally in support of local police officers officers. local elected officials dignitaries spoke at the delaware valley pro blue rally. the event was organized to honor new york police officers raphael ramos and wenjian liu. both were killed during an ambush shooting just last month. more legal trouble for george zimmerman. he has been released on bail after florida police arrested him for allegedly throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend. a judge also ordered zimmerman to avoid contact with the woman. zimmerman has had several brushes with the law since he was acquitted in the shooting deaths of trayvon martin. recovery teams meantime have raised the tail section of air asia flight 8501 from the java sea. they used ropes slings and giant underwater air bags to

lift the wreckage to the surface surface. a crane later lifter the tail to a recovery ship. flight data recorders for this make of air bus jet are housed in the tale, but it's still unclear if the plane's devices are still intact. now the latest launch of a space x rocket was mostly successful. nasa tracked the trip of the falcon spacecraft as it carried supply capsule to the international space station but an tempt to make a soft landing of the rocket's leftover booster failed. normally the giant tube crashes into the ocean. but this time space x had hoped to reuse it. nearly 200 cars were involved in a fiery pile up on a snowy highway. this crash happened on i94 near battle creek michigan. a trucker from canada was killed. about two dozen other people were injured. the crash happened on friday and the highway is still closed as crews try to remove that wreckage. you know it's cold outside when a lighthouse freezes. check out this video from michigan. lighthouse sits along very frigid lake michigan. several storms have dumped snow along the lake and wind chills have been below zero. kind of feels like what we're dealing with right now. got news is, our winds are starting to go calm so that's good news. if you are going to be heading outside through the overnight hours. it is down right cold, though frigid temperatures starting to see single digits showing up in many suburbs from our weather watchers. let's check out some of these temperatures across the region. up in eagleville 12 degrees reported by lou. cary higgins in mt. laurel, new jersey balmy 14 degrees.

gary in milton, delaware, 8 degrees. look at these cold temperatures. chris in berwyn coming in at 7 degrees. little bit warmer middletown delaware 15 reported by jason and james in ocean city, new jersey, the warmer spot this hour coming in at 18 degrees. you know where it's cold up in the poconos. we had the diehards out there and they're still there the skiers and riders. they'll be shutting down for the night but excellent conditions. able to make quality snow over the past several days with the cold dry air mass. and now much colder than this time yesterday. check out the temperature difference. compared to 24 hours ago. anywhere from three to 14 degrees colder so we had another shot of arctic air move in early this morning and settle in across the region. highs today only got into the mid 20s for the warm spot. there's the positive thing. the winds pretty light coming out of the southwest to west around 45 miles per hour. so the wind chill values aren't as nasty as they were a few days ago. here we are clear skies over us right now. high pressure still in control. so that's allowing the winds to go calm in the clear skies allowing that cold air just to little warmth we had today escaped right back to the atmosphere. tomorrow we're breaking back into the 30s. 30s never looked so good. above freezing in many spots. partly sunny skies. here's our next weather maker weak storm system on monday but still i think enough cold air is in place initial toll see little bit of light freezing rain as this storm comes in before day break so early monday morning watch out for some slick spots especially from the city on northward on the untreated surfaces. eventually we see a change over to just plain rain throughout the morning. we dry out again on tuesday. slightly colder temperatures

back near freezing but the good news is the true arctic air starts to move northward check it out here's where it is right now starts to push back north into canada. over the next 24 hours. so sunday into monday milder. nothing warm for this time of year but hey we'll take it. that's kind of the trend all next week. temperatures at or slightly below average nothing like the past few days. through the day on sunday it's dry. some sunshine around. clouds will quickly move in late in the day. 5am monday morning a lot of pink showing up on the map here indicating that light freezing rain or sleet. eventually see the rain overtaking the region warmer air starts to turn later in the morning into the afternoon. that system moves out of here during the evening hours monday. how much ice are we talking about? it doesn't take much to cause problems but there could be few hundredths of an inch of ice accumulation basically from the city on northward early monday morning. before we see the change over to just plain rain. overnight a few clouds very cold, 14 degrees for the low. that's for center city. single digits in many suburbs much but not a rebound on sunday sunday. partly sunny, back up to 37 degrees which is close to average for this time of year. so monday there's our next storm system. freezing rain early in the morning to plain rain. 37 for the high temperature. we'll dry the out but drop the temperatures a little bit for tuesday and wednesday highs in the low to mid 30s. looks like we stay dry just with clouds for wednesday and thursday. looking at the next weekend cold but nothing like we dealt with temperatures in the theirs with sunshine. >> yes. >> getting better. >> a lot warmer. >> especially 30s. >> absolutely. >> thank you so much justin. >> well it turns out that monkeys seem to be a lot smarter
