stems from messages that elon musk posted on twitter in 2018, in which he claimed he had secured funding to take tesla private. those tweets caused the company's share price to jump and led to a temporary halt in trading. the settlement requires musk to get approval from his attorney before he tweets about tesla. he filed a petition with the supreme court to undo that settlement back in december, arguing it limited his free speech. well, if you drive an ev, this could be really good news for you all tesla's chargers in california are now open to other electric vehicles. the 10,000 supercharger orders are in addition to the state's 105,000 public ev chargers. this move follows the recent approval of a nearly $2 billion plan to expand the state's charging network. the goal is to meet governor newsom's executive order that all new car sales be zero emission by 2035. well, california and the bay area are leading the country when it

comes to buying electric cars, but recent data is revealing some concerns that are keeping many buyers from making the switch. the governor's office says more than a quarter of all new cars sold last year in california were electric, but the initial cost of a new ev is still keeping many people on the sidelines. we looked into buying a used ev, and with hertz recently putting thousands of their evs on the market, prices are coming down. experts also note many cash incentives are still available. whether your income qualified or not. every single californian and pge territory qualifies for a $1,000 rebate on a used ev, no matter which vehicle and no matter what your income is. the state survey also shows that most ev owners charge at home, and that's a problem for many apartment renters. well, it is almost may and that means the end for the ski season up in tahoe. most of the resorts closed for the season yesterday, including
